11 am-4:30 pm Free hop-on/hop-off trolley running from downtown to and around the River Arts District
12-6 pm Paige Houghton will be showing us how she sews together loose fibers that turn into sculptures with the appearance of stained glass!
1-3:30 pm Li Newton will be demonstrating her collaging techniques, and she invites you to make your own! These make an easy but heartfelt gift for mom, who will always appreciate something handmade.
5-8 pm Extended gallery hours for the opening of “What’s for Dinner? Artwork for the Kitchen” in the front gallery. You may have asked mom that question a thousand times but this weekend is all about her—treat her to some quality handmade dishware and foodie wall art.
And lastly, our monthly show will be presented alongside a memorial showcase in the Flex Space for a recently passed resident artist, Tatiana Gabriliants, aka Tank-A. Read Tank-A’s bio and see a sample of her work here. It’s a privilege to honor this international visionary artist and her incredible art career
As always, we’ll have beer and wine available for free or by donation from 5-8 pm. Hope to see you there!
