WINSLOW TUTTLE

What began as conventional mosaic has evolved into something else. I may use the usual tesserae and substrates...or I may work with junk jewelry or paper clips and affix them to ice skates or mirrors or chairs. It all comes down to this: I glue stuff to other stuff.
